The Movie Corner

I like blu-ray movies a lot. With them you get the best picture quality. HD is the way of the future. After watching blu-ray I can’t even watch regular DVDs anymore. I saw Spiderman 2 on blu-ray the other and it couldn’t even compare to when I watch it on regular DVD a couple of years back. Not only the picture is improved, but so is the sound generated. There is not enough that can be said about how wonderful these blu-ray discs are.

I have a high def television, and when I watch regular movies or even regular cable it seems like a waste. I do not even think it’s a good way to spend my time really. I’d rather be reading or something like that as opposed to watching poor definition television. Some channels on TV are in high def, which makes it more experience, but still I think blu-ray DVDs are better.

Many people don’t buy blu-ray discs because they think they are prohibitively expensive. Yes it’s a little more money, but for the improved experience it is very worthwhile. It is not even that expensive really. You can buy blu-ray movies online if you look for them. They really aren’t that expensive. One thing that can be said for sure is that they are worth the cost. Even if the cost was $75 each I’d still probably buy them. As opposed to really looking at price, I’d rather consider the quality.

When I look at how far technology has come it really makes me wonder what is yet to come in our lifetime in the realm of television. In reality pouring over all that stuff in your mind is of no value. I will just live in the present. This is my reasoning why I don’t understand why people don’t pay the little more for the quality buy blu-ray players. I can concede they can cost a pretty penny, but the are worth it for sure. I don’t think I could cope without mine, not to sound insane.
