Dillinger and Capone: In 1940, discharged from prison, Al Capone (Abraham) holds the family of John Dillinger (Sheen) for ransom. Al desires the bank robber to recoup 150,000 dollars of Capone’s monies from a hotel in Chicago. So Fine: Crazy comedy in reference to professor-child of a N.Y.C. clothes producer who is dragged into the business and accidentally finds success with a crazy idea for see-through slacks. Film goes off in spontaneous directions some of them surprisingly stupid-however continues to be funny most of the time. Cast includes Ryan O’Neal, Jack Warden, Mariangela Melato, Richard Kiel, Fred Gwynne, Mike Kellin, and David Rounds.  (91 minutes, 1981)

Just for Fun: A group of adolescents develop their own partisan group to climb the pop polls completes this forgettable rock musical trifle. Cast includes Mark Wynter, Cherry Roland, Richard Vernon, Reginald Beckwith, John Wood, Bobby Vee, The Crickets, Freddie Cannon, Johnny Tillotson, Ketty Lester, and The Tremeloes. (85 minutes, 1963)

Joey and Rory, Caitlin and Will and The Coppollas all secured record deals from the last season. with Joey and Rory even receiving a nomination in the Academy of Country Music Awards.

Auditions were held on March 7^th at Nashville’s WildHorse Saloon and were attended by close to 5000 contestants. The judges have just been revealed and are different from last year.

The 2008 season featured Mamma Judd (Naomi), hit writer Aimee Mayo and Vocal instructor to the stars Brett Manning. This year, the older half of legendary duo, “The Judds” returns and is joined by the top hat wearing Big Kenny and CEO of Big Machine records (home of Taylor Swift), Scott Borchetta. The series airs in June, 2009.

Contestants could have submitted a video audition or simply shown up on the Can You Duet open casting call day. Industry insiders, producers and employees of the show culled the over 5000 contestants to a more manageable number, at which point the actual judges became involved.

There were a lot of talented people who entered the competition. Some made it through to the finals and some didn’t. Competitors were quite varied in their vocal stylings. It ranged from married couples, mother and daughters, two girl groups, two boy groups, twins, brothers, fathers and sons and singles who didn’t even know each other until they met in the line.

The show is already in the can and hence the punters lucky enough to be in the audience, are privy to the results of the show.

The show commenced at 8pm CST and was recorded on April 7, 11, 14, 18, 21, 24 with the finale on the 30th.

2. See the hairy duo serving in many historic wars. Meaning: he’s OLD!
3. Logan & Victor join an elite corps of soldiers who go on missions with similar power dudes
4. Logan leaves elite corps because he disagrees with all the pointless blood and violence man. hairy mate Victor is not happy!
5. Catch up with Logan a few years later. He lives on a big rock in Canada with a school teacher chick. He’s a lumberjack
6. Victor appears to kill lady leaving Logan one angry wolf but he is out of practice when it comes to fighting Victor
7. Logan get a serious metal infusion from old elite army corps dude and gets his Wolverine dog tags
8. reconditioned Wolverine goes on mission to find Victor and while doing so finds out the elite army general dude is experimenting on other super hero types and goes to investigate
9. The chick he thought was dead isn’t; she was a plant and the bad army guy has taken all mutants powers and created one extreme mutant soldier that he sent after Wolverine to kill him dead!
10. Wolverine wins the fight but gets a special bullet fired into his head and loses his memory. His chick dies for real but as he doesnt remember her really he’s not too bothered.

How to Watch Wolverine

At the time of writing this article Wolverine is still not available on DVD but you really should take a night out to watch Wolverine at the cinema. For the girls there is plenty of semi-clad Wolverine demonstrating his lovely buffed hairy torso on a BIG screen.
